The meaning and importance of prioritizing the Kingdom of God in our life is the subject of this message.

Today we live in a world that is obsessed with the myth of success.

Many motivational speakers and corporate trainers assure us that setting priorities in our life is a clever way for time management, task management and success.

To help us numerous business self-help books are available in book stores.

They offer a lot of help to manage your resources like health, wealth and time.

One of their common advice is to prioritize our interests and commitments.

By His Stripes ...

This is a short study in which I intend to discuss two verses from the Bible.
So let us begin by reading these verses from the Book of Isaiah. 

Isaiah 53: 4, 5
4   Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5   But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.  (NKJV)

Jewish Oral Traditions and Christian Faith

Introduction

This is only a brief introduction to the Jewish Oral Law, the Christian Traditions and the Sola Scriptura of Biblical Christianity.
Since this is a short study, I have used minimum Bible verses and examples.
Still I hope this is worthy to listen.

When we speak of the Torah or the Jewish Law, we actually refer to “two” Torahs, which are one and the same.
One is the written Torah, known as the Tanach.
The second is the Oral Torah, known as Mishna

The fall of Roman Empire and the end of the Modern World

Edward Gibbon is a historian who lived in the 18c.

His famous book is The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire.

The book traces Western civilization from the height of the Roman Empire to the fall of Byzantium.

This is a marvelous book that was published after 20 years of labor in six volumes.

The 1^st volume was published in 1776 and the 6^th volume in 1788–89. 

The work covers the history, from 98 AD to 1590 AD, of the Roman Empire, the history of early Christianity and then of the Roman State Church, and the history of Europe, and discusses the decline of the Roman Empire in the West and East.

God's Purpose for Physical Blessings

This message is not a theological discussion.

This is only a loud thinking about a question we constantly face in our practical life.

The question is: what is God’s the purpose for physical blessings?

Let us start with another question: Does God blesses us physically?

The answer definitely is “yes”. God blesses us physically while we live in this world.

Physical blessings are a reality that we see around.

Do you have a shelter, food and clothes? If yes; you are physical blessed.

Our testimonies are mostly testimonies of physical blessings.

A major part of our prayer is request for physical blessings.
